Shipping conditions

We ship insured packages with tracking via DHL, UPS or DPD.
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery and the order quantity.

For orders over €60.00, shipping is free throughout Germany. Delivery costs for other European countries can be found in the calculation in the checkout.

Please ensure that the goods are stored in a cool place immediately after delivery.

Delivery times

Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, the goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-7 working days after receipt of payment. We usually ship on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.
