How long does shipping take?
We always ship on Mondays and Wednesdays (shipping days may vary on weeks with public holidays) . Orders received by 8:00 a.m. on those days will be considered for shipping. This ensures that your package is not held unnecessarily long with our shipping service provider.
Once your package has been shipped, it usually takes 1–3 business days to reach you. You can view the exact shipping time using the DPD tracking link you will receive via email.
Can I exchange or return FIRST8 Kombucha products?
FIRST8 Kombucha is a fresh, living product that must be refrigerated after shipment. For food safety and quality reasons, we cannot offer returns or exchanges.
However, if your package arrives damaged or you are completely dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact us directly. We always find a solution! Simply send us a message to shop@first8kombucha.de with photos and a brief description of the problem.

FIRST8 Kombucha is raw - can the products still be shipped?
Yes! A short shipping period of a few days won't harm the products. There's a "lacuna phase" during fermentation, a period where the cultures need to return to operating temperature before they can start working. This allows us to ship your products to your home. After shipping, however, you should definitely keep the products refrigerated so they don't continue to work, leaving you with a sparkling vinegar.
Do I need to refrigerate FIRST8 Kombucha after delivery?
Yes! FIRST8 Kombucha is a living product with active cultures. Please refrigerate it immediately upon receipt to keep it fresh and prevent further fermentation.
What payment methods do you offer?
You can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, or prepayment. All payments are secure and encrypted.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, you can order as much or as little as you like. However, it's worth ordering multiple bottles – this way you'll save on shipping costs and enjoy your FIRST8 Kombucha for longer! Shipping is even free for orders over €60.
Are there volume discounts or subscription models?
Yes! If you want to enjoy kombucha regularly, check out our subscription model – not only will you save money, but you'll also get FIRST8 Kombucha delivered automatically to your door.
Can I change or cancel my order later?
We prepare orders for shipping as quickly as possible. If you would like to change or cancel something, please contact us immediately after placing your order – we'll check if it's still possible.
